This requires an advanced type of plumbing that costs more. But, as there is no vanity unit to conceal the plumbing, the fittings have to necessarily be mounted to the wall or on the bench. Also, as plumbing is left exposed, there needs to be the decorative style of plumbing.

4. Pedestal Basins:

This type is generally referred to as wall mounted basins. This becomes a complete vanity unit as it can be combined with shelving units and mirrors. You can also get extended edges in this to get a large shelving space to house your face creams, shaving kit, toothbrush kit, and all such basic essentials. They are free standing stylish hand basins suitable for bathrooms that have a cramped space. As it can be combined with shelving, a lot of space is saved.

5. All-in-one Basin Units:

The best part about it that it is quick in installation as there is no hassle of making a vanity unit of shelves separately.
